Dr. Donald Endres is a board-certified otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon with over two decades of experience providing expert ENT care in Alaska. He joined ENT Specialists of Alaska in 1997, where he continues to serve patients with advanced, compassionate, and personalized care.

Dr. Endres earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his medical degree from the University of California, San Diego, before completing his specialty training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Iowa, one of the nation’s top programs.

He pursued additional fellowship training beyond traditional ENT specialization, completing a Head and Neck Surgical Fellowship at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in South Australia in 1996, followed by time as a Senior Registrar at Oxford University in England, where he focused on ear diseases and advanced otologic surgery.

At ENT Specialists of Alaska, Dr. Endres’ practice focuses on advanced otology, sinus surgery, and head and neck surgery, helping patients manage complex ear, nose, and throat conditions with precision and care. Known for his dedication to excellence, he combines cutting-edge surgical skill with a patient-first approach.

Outside of his medical career, Dr. Endres enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and performing in local Anchorage music venues.
